Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of TaskFlow, operated by Ease AI. By signing up for a workspace or accessing a workspace someone else signed up for, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TaskFlow.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Trial and paid use

Workspaces provisioned via the marketing site start on a free trial. Pricing and paid-plan terms will be presented in-app before any charge is made. We will notify you before the trial ends.

5. Data

Your data is yours. See the Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we handle it. You can request an export or deletion by emailing privacy@ease-ai.my.

6. Third-party integrations

TaskFlow integrates with Google Calendar, WhatsApp (via Baileys), and Telegram. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third-party provider's terms. TaskFlow is not responsible for outages or policy changes on those providers' sides.

7. Warranty disclaimer

TaskFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reminders depend on external providers (WhatsApp, Google) and may be delayed or missed during third-party outages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskFlow's liability to you in aggregate will not exceed the amount you have paid TaskFlow in the preceding 12 months, or MYR 100, whichever is greater. TaskFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using TaskFlow and request workspace deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your workspace for violation of these terms, with written notice where practical.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and announced in-app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
